Cancellations & Missed Appointments Policy

Our clinic has a high demand for daily appointments. If you know that you’ll be unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us 72 hours in advance. This allows to accommodate other patients in need, thereby preventing delays in your care and ensuring accessibility for others.

To cancel an appointment, please reach out during regular business hours. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Once your appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to remember the date and time. We also ask that you resolve any outstanding balances before your next doctor's appointment. Patients with a history of cancellations may face the denial of future appointments.
