Cancellations & Missed Appointments Policy

Our clinic is consistently faced with a high demand for appointments. If you will be unable to make your scheduled visit, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This not only allows us to accommodate other patients, but it play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accessibility of our healthcare services.

For cancellations, reach out during regular business hours to a staff member. Missing appointments without prior notice may result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Once your appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to remember the date and time. We kindly ask that any outstanding balances are paid before your next doctor's appointment. Patients with a history of cancellations may be refused future appointments.
